The bed was nice and firm like we like. Everything was perfectly set up for us. Lots of beach towels to use. Washer and dryer are very convenient. Everything worked seamlessly. Very easy to park. Thank you so much!

Beautiful unit, everything brand new with super comfortable beds. Summerland is chic and walkable. We especially enjoyed running and walking along the quiet roads in the surrounding hills.

Brooke was super easy to work with. The place was perfect for my family during a college graduation trip. Unit was really clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and fresh. The place was well-provisioned (e.g. things needed for a baby like a pack n play, high chair, beach chairs, games for kids). There was one official spot for parking and plenty of street parking. Location is close to Westmont College, Santa Barbara and Carpenteria. And, it was just down the main street for Summerland. It was a wonderful place to stay!

This home was beautiful and the location was perfect! Everything in the home was very intentional and stocked. We really appreciated all the thought that Brooke put into this home. Her instructions were very clear on how to access the home.

We stayed with our small children and family members while attending a wedding close by. It was within walking distance of a few cute restaurants and very easy to get to the beach. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and there were lots of toys there for them to play with.

Great spot, conveniently located by all the main summerland attractions. Has four bedrooms and two full baths. Summerland has cute restaurants and outdoor activities. Something for everyone in your group!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly efficient, responsive, and made self-check-in a breeze. The location was perfect for our trip – just 10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, which made attending a wedding super convenient. As noted in the listing, the property is located near the 101, but the noise was minimal and didn’t bother us at all. Parking was a bit tight for our larger SUV, but street parking out front was readily available and hassle-free. We also loved exploring the adorable little town of Summerland nearby – such a hidden gem! This Airbnb’s convenience, honesty, and great location made our trip all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Brooke’s home is beautiful! We really appreciated the family friendly environment. There are shops, restaurant, and beach access all walkable from the home. We highly recommend and hope to stay again in the near future!

Place was great and very comfortable

Brooke's place was awesome! She is a very responsive host who left clear instructions and was flexible and accommodating. The beds and linens were all super comfortable. The space fit all of us very well (moms and daughters) as we were there for a lacrosse tournament right down the street at the polo fields. The covered parking space is a bit tight as other reviews state, but there is plenty of street parking. Neighborhood is very safe and darling. Great shops and restaurants right there! Easy to find and easy to get in and out of the house with the door code. We hope to stay there again!

Booked this stay for a nearby wedding in Santa Barbara. Very easy drive over, and lots of convenient stores/restaurants nearby for easy morning breakfast/coffee runs. Was even able to stop by the nearby Blenders on the way out! Would stay here again.

It is a nice house with excellent conditions. You can feel the fresh air from the beach. The only concern is about the parking space. It's kind of small. it is a little over price. The host is very nice and responsive. The location is quiet, peaceful and very convenient to freeway and downtown.

Brooke, thank you so much for sharing your home. This home allowed our family to stay together while we attended a family wedding. Everyone had their own bedroom while enjoying the common areas. Our home away from home was well stocked with all of the amenities. The location was just perfect. We were very close to our wedding venue, so it was extremely easy to utilize the Uber system. While at our airbnb, we could walk to many wonderful restaurants and enjoy the beach which was just a few blocks away. I look forward to visiting again, recommending this accommodation to anyone who is visiting the Santa Barbara area.

Our rental was absolutely gorgeous! It was so clean and beautifully decorated - it also had everything we needed, including a basketball & rackets for the court around the corner. Our host, Brooke, was so communicative and welcoming as well - making sure we had an easy check in process and that we had everything we needed.

Amazing home! The instructions Brooke provided was easy to follow. Every room of the property was nicely furnished and felt cozy. Would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay in Santa Barbara.

We had a great getaway and the house was very clean and looked amazing, like a home out of the pages of a Pottery Barn catalog. Everything in the house was brand new. The beds were very comfortable and with our toddler the amenities she had for the baby (highchair, pack ‘n play, beach toys) were very appreciated. Brooke was super helpful and accommodating and responded to questions very quickly. The covered parking was tight so if you have a larger vehicle it’s going to be street parking of which there was plenty. The house was pretty close to the 101 highway and the Amtrak so some of the road noise was pesky in the evening for one of the bedrooms. The view and the local area were great. The house is located 10 mins from both Carpenteria and Santa Barbara which was great for being close but far enough away from the craziness of S.B. We had a great time thank you for sharing your home with us.

There were 6 of us. Our stay was very comfortable and Brooke’s location was nice and clean. We did have an issue with the parking spot not being available due to a difficult neighbor, but Brooke resolved the issue immediately. Enjoyed our stay

Brooke’s apartment was the perfect location just outside of Santa Barbara (10 min drive). Just steps away from the beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. Would love to stay with Brooke again in the future 10/10

Great stay in a great location. The place was close by a coffee shop, several places to shop, a bird sanctuary, and some restaurants. Will definitely look to this place when visiting Santa Barbara again.
